Overview
Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that we may have the opportunity to reschedule another client.
Cancellations/Rescheduling:
Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment deposit will be forfeited and I’ll need a new deposit for a new appointment.
Late Arrival:
If you are running late please notify me. If your are more than 10 minutes late we will have to reschedule/cancel and I will need a new deposit if rescheduling.
No Show:
If you no show to your appointment your deposit will be forfeited. If you want to be taken back on as a client you will need to pay a new deposit.
